Administrative - $35 hr - Payment for administrative services will be at the end of the project. Ongoing administrative work will be billed monthly. A 10% penalty will be added to all unpaid invoices over 30 (thirty) days.

Retainer Packages - If you purchase a Retainer Package, you are guaranteed a certain number of hours per month. If additional hours are required to meet your needs, we will contact you and work out an arrangement to continue your discounted rate. Payment for retainer packages are payable the 1st of each month. A 10% penalty will be added to all unpaid invoices over 30 (thirty) days. Unused hours will not be carried over.

Retainer A - $315 - 10 hours per month (10% discount)

Retainer B - $595 - 20 hours per month (15% discount)

Retainer C - $1,120 - 40 hours per month (20% discount)

Additional charges such as postage, travel time (if needed), special software purchases (requested by client), etc. will be billed to the Client.

There is no fee for initial client consultations.
